Pre-approval mockups for the BeeTrustScore Phase-1 surfaces — student trust score with onboarding, personalized daily guide, in-house tracks, anti-cheat quiz, and College Admin readiness dashboard. Click any path below to walk through that persona end-to-end. Aligned with Kerala Startup Mission's IEDC innovation ecosystem; pilot conversations in progress.
Each card opens a self-contained click-through of every screen in that persona's Phase-1 surface. Mock data only — no live backend, no PII. The Creator Studio is Surya-internal authoring at v1; opening the seat to college teachers + TPOs lands in Phase-2.
From 18+ onboarding through daily tasks, anti-cheat quizzes, and tracks assigned post-score. Personalized chatbot daily guide grounds it.
Department × stream × pillar grid, lagging-cohort flags, recommendation engine, project-validation seat, and a privacy-aware inter-college leaderboard.
Surya-internal authoring seat at v1 — author tracks, manage cohorts, build mini-courses with anti-cheat quizzes, and ship PII-clean sample profiles for QA. Opening this seat to teachers + colleges is Phase-2.
The v1 prototype had 5 personas. Vision-lock CP224 (2026-05-18) reduced Phase-1 to 2 customer-facing personas + 1 Surya-internal creator surface. Parent + Recruiter mockups are preserved as a visible archive — re-introduction needs a pilot college specifically asking (and a sprint, spec amendment, and consent / DPDP-§9 path for Parent).
Pure HTML / CSS / Alpine.js — no backend, no DB. Click-through demonstrates the experience we'd build in production. Once Navin + KSUM approve the feature set, full-blown build proceeds on Rust + Axum + sqlx (per CP269 stack lock).
Every student profile, score, project, and recommendation shown is mock data designed to demonstrate the shape of the experience. No real student data is collected or stored in these mockups. Production data flow follows DPDP §9 consent rules.
Approval freezes the feature set; build then runs in dedicated sprints (BTX-PHASE1.5+ and beyond). The 14 mockup surfaces map 1:1 to handler + template work already scaffolded in the BTX codebase.
